This modem is made by smart media. The driver is a generic one I found at PCtel for the 288 chipset.
This is an ISA modem and it is NOT PNP.
Unzip driver to hard drive.
First, go to add/remove hardware, choose other devices, add the PCTEL HSP MODEM COMMUNICATION PORT from have disk.
Reboot, go back to add/remove hw, choose other devices, have disk, then PCTEL MODEM non PNP.
Working under Win98SE just fine.
