Hey, this driver is for the motorola sm56 speakerphone modem. it took me forever to find this driver, and i didn't even see it on here. but i got it, and it works great... in fact i am using it now. trust me, this driver works. just extract onto your harddrive and go into "my computer" and press update driver for your modem, then select the folder where you extracted the files and your all set! enjoy!
