"I installed it without problems on my "8010S-20" -if I remember it correctly- and it passed all of the dxdiag tests as well. No missing files, no other problems. Just restarted the computer as instructed to carry on the installation and voila!"

"I NEEDED THE UPGRADE TO WINDOW 2K PRO FOR THIS SOUND CARD AFTER UPGRADING MY OP SYS TO WIND 2K. THIS GAVE ME SOUND AGAIN BUT STILL NO VIDEO OR CD SOUND UNTIL UPDATING TO NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. THOUGHT I'D GIVE SOMEONE THAT HINT, JUST IN CASE YOU'RE LOSING YOUR MIND TRYING TO GET SOUND AGAIN LIKE I WAS."
