Hey over Here, I know what you want? Modem driver Only... This driver works with XP hehe, The only problem is you may not hear that annoying modem sound but it works anyone knows when its scattx driver it must be true.... Remember its only for the modem on the riptide. Also when Windows XP complains this driver is not ms certified say ok dammit. also you must tell windows xp you have disk and point it to the folder where you extracted this driver good luck.... I spent hours with this
