These files are from the installation disk that came with the Matsu****a LF-1195C drive as a Compaq replacement. The label on the disk was
Ver. 2.00 Rev. B
MS-DOS IDE CD-ROM
For Compaq Internal IDE CD-ROM
4x speed and higher
Type A \CPQINST
The drivers installed flawlessly for this 8x CD-ROM, DOS 6.1, and Windows 3.1. Included in the zip file are PNG images of the drive label and the disk label. I have the manual, too, in case you have a question about what is included in it.
By the way, the drivers worked fine with no changes when I swapped the CD-ROM with a Creative Multi-Media 4x CD-ROM, which was also manufactured by Matsu****a.
