I found this by using the FCC-ID and calling the Grantee of the license. They then sent me to this web site. It looks like Ralink Tech is the manufacturer and ARK just has the label. The Ralink model number is 11g-RT2500. Other versions of the driver and documentation is available at: http://www.ralinktech.com/supp-1.htm.
