I received the link to this driver from the manufacturer after sending them an email stating that I had lost the original disk for this mouse. It is branded by Compaq but made by Micro Innovations. It is a USB mouse w/trackball/mousewheel. Original driver is needed in order to switch between trackball and mouse mode. I've only used it on Windows XP Pro so I cannot say if it works on any other os'es.
