"Though the page explicitly says it is for Windows XP, it is NOT for meant for XP. So, will work only with older operating systems."

"It's old. Doesn't have an install for Windows XP. The driver for Win2000 isn't signed for XP, resulting in me keeping the original Windows driver."

"It was very confusing as there were many folders. My computer kept stopping at the Windows 95 folder. I finally deleted all except the one I wanted. Thanks for having the driver. I am very happy."

"This driver is not intended for use on WinXP. It works very well for 2000 Pro and Server but if used in XP it can cause your NIC to function improperly, system instabilty, and may not even show up in the device manager so for god sakes dont use it."

"well, guys... i guess your comments here are inappropriate. do youknow that Win2000 drivers work for XP most of the times? It is because XP is built based on 2000. so, i'm sure this driver will work for xp if it is the one from the original disk. I just unfortunately lost mine. so, just be glad you have it here, ok?"

"no problems with this driver for w2k pro. WinXP has this driver BUILT IN so you shouldn't have to worry about finding a dedicated driver. If your still having problems contact someone who knows what they are doing. Cheers!"

"This driver worked great for me. I wasn't sure if it works for XP or not, but it worked great for 2000. In Netscape, you can't right click on the link you have to just left click and let the .exe file download normally. I don't know why they put that there. It doesn't work that way."

"This driver worked for me on Win2k. The card I have is ver 2.1 and the driver available from the Network everywhere web site appears to only work with the ver 1.x cards."

"It worked great. Just the driver I needed. If it weren't for this driver, I wouldn't have been able to get my network card working again. These network Everywhere cards are hard to find drivers for, especially if you lose the original Driver Disk."
