Install the Pocket PC 2003 Toshiba driver using the following instructions:

Make sure your Pocket PC is synchronized with your Desktop/Laptop PC.

Download the Pocket PC 2003 Toshiba driver to your Desktop/Laptop PC.

Open the downloaded file and copy the USBSER.ARM file to the My Documents folder on your Pocket PC.

On the Pocket PC using File Explorer, locate the USBSER.ARM file in the My Documents folder and tap it once with the stylus to run the automatic installation process.

Once the process finishes, perform a Soft Reset on the Pocket PC.

After the Soft Reset is done, open the Pharos Ostia Navigation software and click Tools > Options > Select Com and select either of the following Com ports depending on your model
