"Downloaded fine, but when you run it, it doesn't do anything.

Actually, it does start a program in the background, possibly a trojan."

"Can't get the setup.exe to install. Been round and round with it. I dumped all the original software that came with the printer because it was such a memory hog, and installed this driver. I may have screwed up somewhere. Will keep trying."
