This Driver will upgrade your Lucent LT Winmodem to the V.92 (Modem on hold for call waiting) Standard. I am currently using this driver on several computers that have the lucent chipset and it has worked flawlessly for me in W98SE / Millenium / WinXP ( it should also work in W2k) I hope that this will be enjoyed by all the users out there who wanted to have a V.92 modem but did not want to buy a new card. to install click on file and it will self extract and ask if you wish to install modem drivers click yes. as a safeguard back up your registry, if this driver does not perform equal to/or better than your previous just restore the registry and resume use of your original (I am aware of this driver operating at a slower bps on a few select systems).
