"This driver was identified by 'unknown device identifier 6.01' as requiring this driver. However installation thereof did not work for my Unibrain 1394 device."

"My Dell Inspiron 1526 has a Ricoh FireWire controller. This driver didn't work for me. I'm still not quite sure which Ricoh chipset this laptop uses though. I'm currently running Windows XP Professional SP 3."

How to Update 955X7AA-8EKRS2 Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
