Extract the zip file and view the driver's SII95104.txt. Install driver from START -> RUN -> SII95104.exe. This Driver resolves two Windows 98 Release Candidate 3 problems

1. Problem hanging on the DOS box and during shutdowns.

2. Resolutions that showed up on the popup menu that were not supported by the monitor no longer appear.
