Additional Notes

Here is an updated driver for CMI8330/C3D. I needed a C3D for the CMI8330 for the onboard audio chip and I tried everything in this list and it did'nt have it or worked. I even searched everywhere on-line and found nothing but a big headache. I realized that I have stacks and stacks of CDs and found one that worked a treat! Here it is, it is an original driver for CMI8738/C3D. I tested it to see if it would work for the C3D to CMI8330 and it did! Consider this as the updated driver for the CMI8330/C3D. This driver is meant for just the Windows XP only. I have more of the similiar drivers for other Windows versions in the list for you if you need any of them. All of these drivers works only on the onboard chip model # Sound Pro HT1869V+, not for the PCI type sound cards. Good luck and I hop

"Hi, tried to install on a P2/300/os/XP. Killed outright the os by damage/error to the boot up, requiring a re-format. Now back to the drawing board as I have been unable to locate useable drivers. Regards, Oliver"
