EXCELLENT find for the "Agere Systems AC'97 Modem" which I extracted from the HP site.
It is way better than any other driver I found on ANY site, and about 2 years newer.
v.92 capable with modem on hold and it adds a nice little icon in the task tray.
Beat that Batman.
