"This is the most complete driver that I found for the CL- COMM56 Modem running on Windows 98. It includes every file needed for successfull instalation, though it lacks the setup utility found only on the original CD."

"Tried the comm56.zip driver and get a request for win98 cd for XFER.CNT file. This file is NOT on the Win98 CD!!! (I do find it on the Win95)."
