Hard to find on HP website. Sound and Modem card combo on low-end HP Pavilions (this was for a XL760 series). Windows Plug and PLy can't ID the card and Conxent's web site didn't have W2K-XP drivers. Use inf files to update the hardware in Device Manager (use Have Disk, and Browse for both Unknown Device (sound card section) and PCI Communications device (modem section).
