This is for onboard Soundpro.The soundcard HT8738am/pci is on the motherboard for Windows XP.directions-unzip to a folder,Run setup.This also installs proper gameport and joystick port and all neccesary audio drivers.Only GOD knows how long I've been searching for this driver.Once I found it .I had to share to others.POST FEEDBACK IF IT WORKS.HAVE FUN LISTENING TO GREATS MUSIC AND SOUND IN APPLICATIONS AND GAMES XP ONLY(might also work with other SoundPro cards with different model numbers not sure

"Extracted to a folder of choice and then ran setup from that folder.

It was extremely easy to install and works well.

This was for a SoundPro HT8738AM/PCI-SX Motherboard chipset.
