save this file to a downloads folder in the my documents folder(you may need to make this folder.) You will need to run winzip on this file and the open the device manager under the system icon, in the control panel. right click on the sound card and go to properites, goto reinstall driver and browse for the downloads folder. clikc on the (COM) folder that was just unziped and then clikc ok. it will then self install. good luck and e_mail me if you need help, i will get back to you A.S.A.P.
