This driver is from the cd that came with my scanner. It has the setup.dll in a subfolder that is not in the other driver files available on this site. I have used it on 98,me,xp. occasionally it has a glich but it is rare and rebooting usually fixes it.

"it works perfect for winxp pro through a image program. you must change the settings like the previous post said.

For XP usage, there are glitches and I tried solving it by changing the compatibility mode. I went to "C \WINDOWS\twain_32\INFO32", *right_clicked* on "INFO32.exe" ->Properties ->Compatibility. Then check the "Run this progra
