"I needed TosBtAPI.dll to unzip it to C:\WINDOWS\system32\ to solve the problem. Now it is OK."

"Wasn't right for my tecra S1 with bluetooth installed on the system board. We ordered 16 of the tecras, and so far have found at least four that arrived new with bad bluetooth component. All have had to be returned for depot service.

If you have a new Tecra S1 that already has bluetooth stack installed and Bluetooth ACPI shows under system devices, but Bluetooth doesn
