"Yes, incredibly, despite the misleading filename, this driver is ideal under Win XP for Brooktree TV Tuner and video capture devices. This driver was extremely hard to find, I guess because back when Brooktree was selling lots of TV Tuner cards, Windows XP wasn't even yet born"
