"setup will not run under xp it starts and dissapears, only fooling it by changing it to run under win2000 fixes but 2000 drivers are no good. only one other way and thats device manager and extract the xp.cab and use that. overall it didnt work and is no good for usb2. matsonic ms8157e does not do usb2."
