"Computer Boots up with proper identification of MAXTOR OneTouch II external drive. However, the Add Hardware Wizard, when directed to the "usb" folder of the expanded downloaded driver, does not find any information about the attached hardware and therefore is unable to install the driver."

"Without the driver nothing was working. With the driver only the usb connection is working, I still need a Firewire driver."

"I just bought a Maxtor OneTouch 4 Plus w/Firewire/USB and got it to work on my Win XP Pro laptop. Thought I'd try to get it to work on my old 98SE PC to get my pics and music transferred. Driver didn't work. Still looking elsewhere."
