"Its a program that moderates your fan speed, heat, memory usage. However it' isn't much use other than look and see. It has an annoying alarm [thankfully can be turned off] I suppose it has a good purpose if you aren't a computer whiz and don't know you need more memory... or have programs that hog memory."
