Additional Notes

These drivers came with an ActionTec modem (PCTel chipset) I bought in July 2001. I tried to plug in a Compaq Platinum V90 modem (I couldn't find a WinMe drivers for months), and it worked also. So I guess these drivrs may work on other PCTel modems. Give it a try when you cann't a driver anywhere else.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
