"I installed this driver on Windows Small Business Server 2003 using the XP version. I used device manager, and the "Have Disk" option of the unrecognized device. It showed as being signed even. It also installed a Half Duplex Audio Device. Queried the modem using the diagnostics tool of the modem and it reported back correctly. Going to use the modem for Fax Serv
