"Just couldn't get it to work. Got it all downloaded, but my computer prompted me for the installation disc (which i ran) but wouldn't recognise the new driver. Am i doing anything wrong? Please help as this getting annoying. Cheers"

"Driver worked first time , not good for VISTA . HAD TOUBLE WEN RE-ATTACHED DEVICE , wouldnt recognise upon reconnection !"

"Help. I downloaded the full panel software from Mustek, but it won't launch. All it does is say this software is for XP and then closes. I am running XP, so not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Also I have a travelscan portable scanner, and can't get it to work on XP. Any help there?"

"Followed instuctions at www.mustek.com.tw/Download/html/install_xp_eng.html Worked first time for me! Thanks I also recommend you get ftp.mustek.com.tw/pub/driver/BearPaw/1200CU/XP/12LV13/b1200cuv13.EXE It is 18Mb download of the full panel software. Also worked first time."

"Bugga. I always get the "The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the nessasary software" Message. Its all installed correctly... i know it is. Whats wrong with this thing... It seems to have worked perfectly with everyone else..."
