"Just like all the other software from HP this sucks! Hangs the computer and spawns a process that you can't even kill with Task Manager. Not as bad as kbd.exe for my mm keyboard, which is also almost impossible to kill, but didn't work at all."

"This file is useless. It needs an additional file hphelp.dll to run but it's not there... Don't download this!!!! It's a waste of precious bandwidth"
