"this is for the usb200m version 1 ( not marked as such ) worked great with XPsp2 ; all drivers for Win98 WinME Win2000 WinXP

on my particular device , it was given to me ; due to it being non-functional ---a bad solder contection. i just had to resolder the joints around the plug ! so be careful in using , not to put a physical strain on the device--- use an extention
