"Thank goodness this driver was posted here! I had downloaded it once from Packard Bell but could not find it anywhere. All you do is download the driver (which is actually like a little installation file) and then it prompts you to put in the CD where you wish to install from. (My problem had been that the CD supplied with the scanner was not compatibile with Windows XP

"after downloading load and loads of driver which never work i went back to packard bells website and look at drivers for xp only found diamond 1200 plus driver there downloaded it and its works fine"
