"Installed it in my machine and it now works. My current problem is that EVERYTIME I boot up my XP machine it will auto detect the printer and it will say that it cannot determine the exact port of the printer. Any ideas?"

I tried many times to download this driver but i didn't get it.

Is there any other way for me to get this driver. So I'm too the unfortunate owner of a ImageWave SF-600E.

I am now redownloading it..cause worms messed me up and made me loose it.

"Has anyone seen an error cose 20004. "Try again! If this persists try restarting your computer and disconnect the power from the scanner." I'm running Win XP Pro and an FB308c scanner with the drivers posted on this site. To be fair, sometimes it does work after rebooting but only about 25% of the time."

"Out of all the drivers, this one seems the most promising, but my computer now thinks I have a different scanner and the Imagewave gets hung up when I try to scan. I have a Dell 8250 brand new...any suggestions?"

"it worked for me, but with a small complication..and I don't think we had to change the bios settings, either! When the driver was installed, the scanner started up and worked,but the mouse disappeared! After disconnecting the mouse, restarting, then reconnecting the mouse and restarting again, the mouse returned and all is well. Thanks, my el cheapo scanner lives again!!!

"I found that I had to register the program even though there is no one to register with. It won't let me install without doing this so I go through the motions and enter minimal info and say yes to registering over the internet and it worked fine. As to my earlier post... "I changed my bios with no problems and ran the patch. Every time I have gone to install the original program it gets hung up on the setup for Image wave. If I shut it down then the setup is not complete. Has anybody else had this problem."

"I'm not having any luck with it. I'm giving up for the night... spent the last couple of hours trying to get it to work. It keeps telling me to change parallel port to EPP or Bi-directional. After I go into Device Manager, Port (Com & LPT) I see the yellow mark by LPT 4 now LPT 3 so somehow the port changed??? I think I may be doing more harm then good now and not sure

"Well everyone.... Not everyone bios is going to be the same.... If you have a dell, hp, Compaq, or gateway you probably won't be able to adjust those settings. When you boot if you see something that says award bios and you have to press delete to enter then you might be in luck. On my bios I go to integrated peripherals and go to my parallel port settings. "Worked perfectly. Didn't need to change anything for the port settings. Just downloaded the file and ran it, then did the normal full installation from the easyphoto cd. (My cd is a win 95 edition and Mr. Rowse's patch made the scanner work good as new with win Xp home edition.)"

"This one actually works! I downloaded this file, ran the executable and then installed the Easyphoto application (Full Installation)from CD, including the Adobe Fonts for NT and rebooted the computer. I was able to start scanning again!"
