"The Driver Guide Scan was a failure. I am missing four drivers under "other device". The Scan simply told me that that it was "UNKNOWN" so I've tried to use a driver they claimed would match my computer and it did not. Your website has not been very helpful for my computer. more helpful, but so far it has proven to be a failure and a source of additional frustration. I hate companies that take your money but never offer any customer support."
