This driver works for the V60P USB cable, for either high or low speed. It claims to work for Win 98, ME, 2k and XP, but I've only installed it on XP. It claims to work for any V60 but I've only tried it on the V60P.
Just run the appropriate .inf file (look at the path in the zip file), and it should install a modem at the next available COM port number.
