This is a generic AMR 56KBps V.90 modem used by and compatible with many motherboard manufacturers. The PCB uses 2 PC-Tel chips. U01 - PCT303A, U02 - PCT303L. The only marking found on the board is "AMR V1.2" which is located on the upper left side (component side)near the rail. This modem is also sold as the model "FM-006" by many Internet vendors. The modem has NO FCC ID numbers on it.
