"Worked like a charm, been looking for this for 2 Dsys for Sony PCV-RS40MV, installed win Xp On it thanks driver guide and all its members, been a member for so many years but I only use it like a last resort wen manufacturers sites dont have or drivers downloaded dont work."

"I spent day's looking for a driver for the AD1980 sound chip on the Asus K8V-X MB. I eventually remembered Driverguide and gave it a try. After trying two drivers I found this, and it worked. You must put the folder on your hard drive and open the Device manager. Select the sound device and click update driver. Then select browse to point to the folder and execute the
