The attached installer setup.exe installs a driver etc which works in both XP and Win7. Indication is that it will work also in Vista. In Device Manager it will show as HP Basic Starter Camera.

This file setup.exe (9MB) was extracted via WinRAR from Basic_Starter_Pack.exe (31MB) which is listed in DriverGuide for HP BASIC STARTER CAMERA.

Search in DriverGuide for driver for MOBITECHPLUS MW1350 WEBCAM USB only gave a driver update utility.
