This is the Modem that sells at www.cyberebate.com. The logo on the outside reads "CNet" however there is no indication as to wether this is CNet Technology or another CNet. This unit installs as a modem with an Atlas logic board, however, I am certain that the drivers at the ATLAS link will NOT install under this hardware. This driver will install that hardware.
