The CU98 Vcam driver is for the Trisys Vcam CU98. Trisys do not supply a driver for this Vcam for Windows ME. I found this driver manafactured by AMD. This driver also works with the CU68 Vcam and I believe it also works with Windows 2000 and NT. When you go to install it, Windows will tell you it can't find the KS.sys driver, just click on "skip"
