"This driver worked fine with a Proxim Harmony 8430 3.3 v. wireless card, despite the fact that, per the "readme.txt" file, it is apparently intended for an "8432" card.

I followed the install instructions in the "readme.txt" without a problem. The only confusion was the necessity (with my ISP) to enter the 10-digit "WEP code"

into the Harmony utility screen. I missed this initially and therefore kept getting a message that I had no network connectivity. It finally dawned on me that I needed to enter the WEP code and when I did, the Harmony 8430 functioned perfectly with this driver."
