Additional Notes

It works!! I was looking for a win2k/XP driver for this baby for a long time!

Go to control panel, add hardware, install hardware manually (advanced option), select SCSI adapters, click have disc and install driver. Restart. Later manually adjust card address to 340 in device manager. That's it! Works both XP and Win2k.
