Select Start > Programs > WG311T Smart Wizard > Uninstall NETGEAR W311T Software.

Run the removal utility, and complete the instructions to complete the removal.

Run the v3.3.0 installer, which is WG311Tv330.exe.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
