"The downloaded file is actually SIMPLESCSI.INF.TXT and it opens with Notepad. A textfile ain't no driver."

"I tried installing the "Simple SCSI" device using this INF file and it said that it that the SMPLSCSI.inf file did not contain information about my hardware."

"Nope...didn't work under XP. Are there special installation instructions? Simply right-clicking on the INF file causes an "Installation Failed" error."
