Extract the files to the folder of your choice, don't let windows look for your modem select it from a list.
click on 'have disk' browse to the folder with the extracted driver files and click ok. Amigo made the modem and you can get the drivers for it at their website. It likes port comm 2 so you might have to install it otherwise, windows will install it on port comm 1 and then install port comm 2 and install modem#2 on comm 2
Only modem#2 will work. Great modem with v92 technology.
