ML-500 Digital Printer

The ML-500 Printer Driver for MACINTOSH OS X operating Systems allows printing from MACINTOSH OS-X based desktop applications to the KODAK PROFESSIONAL ML-500 Digital Photo Print System. The driver sends printer-ready files to the source folder on the WINDOWS print server system.

Installation:

Before installing the printer driver on MACINTOSH client system(s), install the printer utilities on the print server (the system directly connected to the ML-500 printer). The print server requires WINDOWS 2000 Server or Advanced Server (Service Pack 2 or later) when printing from MACINTOSH clients. For print servers running WINDOWS 2000 Professional or WINDOWS XP, see the note below.

How to Update ML-500 Digital Printer Device Drivers Quickly & Easily

  • In Windows 7, click Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager

  • In Windows Vista, click Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> Device Manager

  • In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
