"Having a problem installing UP_lib

C:\windows\system32\MSVCIRT.DLL is i use and cannot be installed. Please exit all other applications and retry. Press ignore to not install the file and abort to cancell the installation.

C:\windows\ system32\MFC4Z.DLL................

How do I avoid this and install complete driver?"

"My experience installing The downloaded installer asks for the .exe file of the Mustek driver, so I put the Mustek CD (Win2000 version)in the CDROM drive and clicked on run.exe. It all happened pretty smoothly from there as per normal installation. I had to unplug the USB connection and replug it for WinXP to notice there was new hardware attached. All working well thank

"After downloading driver it still would not allow me to run the program, it is giving me an error that it is missing files. Is there another way of obtaining these drivers, I really appreciate your taking the time to upload this file as I am sure you know the comopany stopped posting driver updates after win 2000."

"Ok! I finally got it to work. I see where my problem was...probably the same problem everyone else was having...You extract the files and then it tells you to restart your computer...don't restart your computer...right click on the file again and this time click "run as" instead of "extract"...this worked for me...thanks..."

"Download was lengthy and ended up only able to scan once. The rest of the scans went to binary file? I think it's only compatible with win 98, was the last time it worked, not win xp.Too bad ("

"It installed OK and told me I had to restart to complete installation but after restart still no scanner. Tried several times. Even downloaded files twice."

"I have looked all over the internet after a driver, but with at negative result...this place was the only nearly complete driver...but when i scan a picture..and when I'm going to see it om my pc...then it dosent exist any picture in the folder....please help me!"

"Once you download the XP driver, open the file "Panel" it is where you saved it, probably in program files. See if you have LTKRN70N.dll and ltfil70n.dll .... if you don't then get them here www.realtek.lv/ftp/pub/support/Scaner/Mustek/1200UB/orig_CD/Msoffice/ . Save them in "Panel". you should be able to get the panel up now.."
