Note: The above FW (MGP, VoIP and Cajun) must be downloaded separately.

They are released as a package and should all be installed at the same

time. It is suggested that the P330 (Cajun) FW (if required) be downloaded

first, followed by the MGP and then VoIP.

CONTENTS:

1) Statement of Applicability

This version of firmware is applicable to G700 Media Gateway hardware

DAF1 vintages 0 & 1 and DAF1B vintages 0 or later; however, the DAF1

vintages will not support more than 12 tone detectors due to hardware

limitations.

A G700 Media Gateway running MGP firmware v21.20.1 is not compatible with

a primary controller running releases of Communication Manager earlier

than 1.3. Stated another way, a G70

  • In Windows XP, click Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager button

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
