"This driver seems to be for Windows 2000, but I downloaded it and loaded on my XP box and it worked fine. During setup you might get XP's drive signing warning popup, just ignore it.

"this driver did not work i have downloaded it from the drivers.com site and from the www,kodak,com site both places bad drivers

i guess i say NEXT"

"This driver works fine, I can use my camera with Yahoo, MSN, NetMeeting, etc etc. The only drawback is that you no longer have the Kodak software to make movies or take still pictures with. But any software used for video chatting, this driver allows your cam to work. I am on XP Professional."

"Agreed - this driver doesn't work! I tried it and the control panel came up, but no image.

Hm, maybe the camera will work under Linux, there's a driver for that OS. :-)

"Patrick, this does not work! Period. Yes, it is a loss since the 323 was a great Kodak product. This system is NOT a Microsoft digitalized product-which is the reason why the driver will not be recognized by Windows XP pro or home version. Thus, sadly do NOT waste your time folks! Get a NEW web cam. Anyone got suggestions for a great web cam that will work for devel

"I downloaded this driver from kodak site and it does not work on my windows XP Professional. Maybe it works somewhere else but not here. Can Anyone tell me how I can get the original software without having to buy and wait for it to come and all that? Please Help Me......"

"I also downloaded, this driver and it doesn't work, I did it once before about 4 months ago and it did work, so I'm not really sure why it wont work again...."

"I downloaded this same file from the kodak site and it didn't work either. Seems the camera is so old and discontinued that they just forget about those of us who have older cameras. It is a shame to waste a perfectly good camera because of an OS upgrade"

"I just download Kodak DVC323 software and install to my computer, and i still can't use my camera. The reason I download this file, is because I upgrade my computer to WindowXp. Please let me know what should I do. Thanks."
