"I downloaded the executable file, ran it from my desktop, and chose to reboot later. The video worked immediately. I had to reboot and then go into the device manager and choose to re-install a driver to the unknown USB device. When I did this and rebooted, everything seems to work perfectly."

"I don't have the software for this device anymore. This driver caused my a fatal error every time the USB device was plugged in."
