This is not an update or upgrade but a safe-utility as you are upgrading your bios. Make a floppy disk ready as follows. Extract the exe-file into a directory on your computer. Format a floppy disk "format a /s" (to get systemfiles on the floppy-disk. Then you copy the AWDFLASH.EXE-file and MI410...bin-file to the floppy disk. When reebooting your PC press ALT+F2 to reach AWDFLASH, for flashing the bios. In case you haven´t saved a copy of your bios-file before you flashed your bios for upgrade.
